Guess who had a blowout weekend? Marilyn Monroe’s dress from The Seven Year Itch went for a cool $4.6 million at The Debbie Reynolds Auction, put on by the Hollywood Treasure gang, Profiles In History.

Okay, I know, it’s a bit morbid, but the landscaping and interiors do look very nice…(The French posters for Some Like It Hot, The Seven Year Itch, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, and Marilyn were all done by the great Grinsson!)
