Up In Arms!
The new bullet-laden teaser for Baytown Disco is not the first movie poster to show off its firepower — as seen below by the 2005 one-sheet for Lord of War and the classic 1960s shoot-’em-up film, The Professionals, with posters from American artist, Howard Terpning, and the French version by Jean Mascii. Poster Break-off!
Zoo Story

The Dude Designs…
Tom Hodge aka The Dude Designs — not to be confused with that other dude from The Big Lebowski (although Hodges’ artwork does show off a certain original charm and character) — is doing his darnedest to elevate the art of the B-movie horror poster and DVD artwork to a B+ level and beyond!
Flash-Rock of Ages?
Flashdance fans should be flattered. First, Coyote Ugly borrowed its plot — and now the new Tom Cruise hair metal band flick, Rock of Ages, is taking a cue from its key art.
Oh well. The trailer does look pretty good!
Hello Young Adult!
It appears that Young Adult is not afraid to engage the Hello Kitty crowd…
Inception-ing the Tree of Life
Two recent movies that I wanted to love — but, honestly, didn’t quite totally understand (although the visuals were stunning) were Inception and The Tree of Life. Luckily, my cognitive limitations didn’t prevent me from enjoying their maze-terful movie posters/marketing campaigns!
